The inspection professional at Premier Property Solutions holds an active Oklahoma State License and has performed hundreds of residential, commercial, and new construction inspections throughout Eastern Oklahoma. Our inspector has provided deposition and trial testimony in property-related legal proceedings. Specific credentials and experience relevant to expert witness work include an active Oklahoma State Licensed Inspector, residential inspection experience covering single-family homes and multi-family properties, commercial inspection experience including light commercial and mixed-use buildings, new construction inspection experience including phased inspections and builder defect evaluation, documented methodology conducted in accordance with recognized industry standards, and deposition and trial experience in property dispute proceedings.
